The Mizunara Cutting Board is made from the prized Mizunara Oak from Hokkaido. A feat possible only when KNOTT worked with the local lumber yards in Asahikawa. The wood is dried naturally and finished by applying a coating of food-safe golden flaxseed oil to ensure durability and to allow the wood to breathe.
