“Oujiyamayaki” is a style of pottery created during the Edo period, Japan. Kamesuke Kinkodou, a renowned artisan from Kyoto, recreated the olden days pottery piece using the highly skill-intensive hand carving and exterior embossing technique. This Oujiyamayaki pottery collection showcases a unique greenish celadon, blue-white, and banreki-akae, replicating the original techniques of the bygone era.
