For Purchases of EMERGE Show Pieces:
- Delivery will be scheduled between 19 September and 3 October 2025. We will be reaching out to each customer to finalise the delivery date and time.
- Please note that all sales are final. Items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
Orders will be dispatch out on every Mondays and Thursdays.
Standard delivery time will take between 2 - 4 working days.
Under same-day express delivery, for orders made after 4pm will have their order delivered on the next working day.
During busy festive season, we seek your kind understanding on any potential delays that may occur. For urgent gifting needs, we recommend using our self-pickup option, available daily from 11am - 6pm at our flagship store.

Refund Policy
All sales are final as soon as you click the 'Order' button. Purchases will be charged to your credit card. You cannot cancel a purchase or receive a refund for a purchase. If your order is missing an item, contains a damaged product, or you have any other concern, kindly email us at info@supermama.sg within 3 days from the date of receiving your purchases. Please quote your order number for our reference.
