The series consists of ten variations on three basic wooden forms: the circle, square and rectangle. Embracing simplification, Yellow Nose Studio drops the ‘k’ from ‘kindergarten’ to conjure notions of playful exploration and curiosity. Childhood imagination sets the foundation of the pieces, using simple gestures – such as block-stacking – to create new geometries and architectural expressions.
